SaleosTech Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this statement, with its registered office at Regus Atterbury Lakes Fairbourne Drive, Atterbury, Milton Keynes, England, MK10 9RG.

Where we deliver consulting, licensing, or managed services to a client, that client is usually the controller of any personal data held in their systems and we act as a processor under a written agreement. This statement covers the data we control ourselves.

We only collect data we need for a defined purpose. Most of it is business contact information you give us directly.

• Contact and identity data: name, job title, employer, work email address, phone number.
• Enquiry data: the challenge, timeline, budget indication, and free-text detail you include in a consultation, product registration, or reseller application form.
• Partner and supplier data: portfolio details, regions covered, due diligence and onboarding information.
• Recruitment data: CV, work history, right-to-work confirmation, and the information in your application.
• Engagement data: correspondence, meeting notes, and records relating to services we deliver to you.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and pages viewed on this website.
• Marketing data: newsletter subscription status and your communication preferences.

• Directly from you, when you complete a form, email us, apply for a role, or speak with our team.
• Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you use this website. See our Cookie Statement for detail.
• From third parties, such as publicly available business sources, referral partners, and recruitment platforms.

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use of personal data. Ours are set out below.

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages relating to an active engagement, such as delivery updates or renewal notices.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where there is a clear need and appropriate safeguards are in place.

• Service providers acting on our instructions, including hosting, email, CRM, analytics, and IT support providers, all under written data processing terms.
• Software vendors, distributors, and OEM partners where this is necessary to fulfil a licence, quote, or partnership you have asked us to progress.
• Professional advisers, including legal, accounting, insurance, and audit advisers.
• Regulators, law enforcement, and other authorities where we are legally required to do so.
• An acquirer or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation.

We are based in the United Kingdom and operate across the UK and Europe. Some of our providers process data outside the UK or EEA.

Where that happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required following a transfer risk assessment.

• Enquiries that do not proceed: up to 24 months from last contact.
• Client and partner engagement records: for the duration of the relationship and 6 years afterwards, to meet contractual, tax, and limitation-period requirements.
• Unsuccessful job applications: 12 months, unless you ask us to keep your details longer for future roles.
• Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again.
• Website analytics data: as described in our Cookie Statement.

Security by design is one of our core service lines and we hold ourselves to the same standard. We apply access control on a least-privilege basis, encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on business systems, supplier due diligence, and documented incident response.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and inform affected individuals where required.

Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask us to erase data where there is no continuing reason for us to hold it.
• Restrict or object to processing, including any processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive certain data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our lawful basis.
• Object to direct marketing at any time, with no conditions attached.

Email sales@saleostech.com with your request. We will respond within one month, and will tell you if we need to extend that period because the request is complex.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU. We would welcome the chance to resolve the matter with you first.

Our website and services are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We review this statement at least annually and whenever our processing changes materially. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
